Shipping policy

Australia (Domestic)

  • Standard shipping — $11 AUD, free on orders over $150 AUD.
  • Express shipping — $15 AUD.
  • Free pickup — Canley Vale, NSW. Available for NSW addresses: choose "Pickup in Canley Vale, NSW" at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. After you order, we'll email you the pickup address and arrange a time.

We aim to get orders out the door quickly. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International

  • New Zealand — International Standard A$38, International Express A$55.
  • USA & Canada — International Standard A$58, International Express A$75.

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. International orders ship tracked with Australia Post.

Import duties and taxes: any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid on delivery. They aren't included in your order total.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Canada only.
